In Atlanta New Year’s Eve & New Year’s day was beautiful. The type of day that makes you smile and appreciate southern living. It seemed to be – clear, warm”ish”, and still. The vibration was positive and a great way to end and begin a new year. With the marking of a new year many customs or traditions are tended to. The commitments we make to ourselves about changes we want to see in our lives -New Year’s resolutions is a common tradition. In doing so, you are striving to create a better life for your-self. When done earnestly it is a form of personally checking in with ones own self and recognizes short-comings, acknowledging strengths, showing gratitude and setting stating goals -not wishes – that we want to carry out. some interesting facts about resolutions for the new year:
